Guidelines
Clubhouse Rules & Policies
- The clubhouse is available for reservation by residents and authorized guests only.
- A reservation fee is required to confirm your booking.
- The venue must be left clean and in the same condition as it was found.
- Any damages to the venue or equipment will be charged to the booking party.
- Noise levels must be kept within reasonable limits, especially after 10:00 PM.
- Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings that violate community guidelines.
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date are eligible for a full refund of the reservation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 5 days in advance.
